On presentation of your festival ticket at CHECK-IN C you will get, during the specified opening hours, a wristband. This wristband allows you to enter the Special Needs Camping as well as the festival site. You will find the exact location on the site map.

You find the opening hour here.

Grounds & Sanitary facilities

For festival visitors with special needs, we have also set up our own barrier-free campsite with special facilities in a central location in the immediate vicinity of the event areas at the corner of Waldsportplatz and Karl-Steigelmann-Str. / Kurt-Leucht-Weg. Visitors, which own a severely disabled persons's pass (with mark B) and a maximum of one accompanying person can camp here. Additional accompanying persons cannot be admitted to camp. In principle, visitors with special needs can use all camping areas for which they have a valid ticket. However, we would like to point out that these areas are not barrier-free.

A wheelchair-accessible platform has been built in the event areas of each of the three stages, providing an unobstructed and clear view of the stage. By positioning several delay towers in the area of the Utopia Stage, optimum sound is also guaranteed on the platforms. In addition, the path to the stages is paved and specially signposted.

There are barrier-free and disabled-friendly toilets and showers in the immediate vicinity of your Special Needs Camping area. There are also barrier-free and disabled-friendly toilets at the platforms in the event area.

Please note that the same rules apply in this camping area as on all other camping grounds! In particular, the parking and camping rules posted at the entrances of the festival site must be observed.

Parking

Visitors who use the Special Needs Camping have the option of parking their vehicle in a separate parking area close to the barrier-free campsite. Only the following vehicle types are permitted: Cars, estate car, minibuses, SUVs.

Navigation address: Große Str., 90471 Nuremberg (access exclusively via Große Straße --> Otto-Ernst-Schweizer-Str.)

Please follow the signs on site.

Special Assistant Point

The Special Needs Camp has a Special Assistant Point, which is staffed at all times and competently answers visitors' questions about the festival. This point has a central power connection point where electrical devices - such as electric wheelchairs - can be charged if required. The individual tent pitches do not have a separate connection.

Medication

If you are in need of medication that requires refrigeration, you are welcome to hand it in at the Special Assistant Point. Please pack the medication in a small labeled plastic box.

In case of emergency

Are you or someone in your group not feeling well or unwell? Get in touch with the contact person at the Special Assistant Point or with our paramedics on the grounds. Security can also be contacted in the event of a medical emergency. They will then arrange everything so that you can be helped quickly and safely.
